Ahmed Shehzad Slams PCB After Pakistan’s Poor Run in T20 World Cup and ODI Series

News UDI : Veteran Pakistan batter Ahmed Shehzad has strongly criticized the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), led by Mohsin Naqvi, following the national team’s disappointing performances. Pakistan crashed out before the semifinals in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 and suffered a humiliating ODI series defeat against Bangladesh national cricket team. Reacting sharply, Shehzad termed this squad the “weakest” he has ever seen and blamed the board for poor management and lack of discipline. He alleged that the PCB continues to back a select group of players despite repeated failures, which has contributed significantly to the team’s ongoing decline.
